Introduction and Welcome
The Chair formally welcomed everyone.
Minutes of the Last Meeting
These were agreed as a true and accurate record. They were proposed by Kate Minch and seconded by Jane Gareze.
Treasurer’s Report and Adoption of Accounts
The income and expenditure report covering the year ended 31st August 2016 was tabled to the meeting.
The Treasurer’s Report was presented to the Committee. The Accounts are attached in this email for reference.
Chairman’s Report
Kate presented the Chairman’s Report to the Committee. It is attached in this email for reference.
Election of Members of the General Committee
The following Committee members were ratified for a further year: Kate Minch, Jane Gareze, Gillian Cunha, Breege Brady, Olivia Cooper, Sam McLoughlin, Christiane Bosshard, Carole Taylor, Alex Hardwicke, Ampie Jones, Louise Redferne, Katherine North, Claire Acock, Carmel Smith and Carole Taylor. They were thanked for the sterling work that they had done during their last term in office and the Secretary proposed that they be re-elected en bloc. This was seconded by Alice Pack.
The following newly appointed House Reps were ratified – Tara Melik, Alli Roberts and Marie Glover. They were proposed by the Secretary and seconded by Claire Acock.
